Billing Specialist – Contract

Role Overview

• Process and submit billing for clinical trial services to sponsors, CROs, and insurance providers
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues with sponsors and vendors
• Maintain accurate billing records and generate monthly financial reports
• Coordinate with clinical teams to verify billable services and study milestones

Requirements

• 2+ years of medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Proficiency in billing software and Excel (advanced functions preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clinical research billing experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance billing processes and CPT codes preferred
• Experience with multi-location billing operations preferred
