Serve customers across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, in-person)
Resolve questions, requests, and complaints with speed and empathy
Monitor satisfaction indicators and suggest improvements to the customer experience
Track daily results and KPIs for the team's actions and indicators
Organize virtual and in-person events (AGI and key handovers) as part of the customer relationship lifecycle
Conduct detailed analyses of requests to develop action plans and targeted strategies for company feedback and continuous improvement
Implement control and monitoring systems to ensure the effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Interface with departments involved in delivering properties to the end customer
Monitor post-occupancy and maintain ongoing coordination with condominium managers and property administrators.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, or related fields
Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
Willingness to travel
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (office suite)
