About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness partners in Germany
Build, manage, and grow pipelines of farmer and partner leads through outreach, pilot projects, and marketing campaigns
Organize farmer events, demos, and campaigns to increase adoption and gather feedback
Collaborate with founders to improve product-market fit based on farmer and partner insights
Track key growth metrics and maintain simple sales and marketing reporting
Requirements
Native-level German fluency and strong English communication skills
Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management, preferably in startups
Preferably experience in agriculture, farmer advisory, or working with agribusinesses
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, commitment, and ability to work independently
Willingness to work in a dynamic early-stage startup environment
