About this role
Role Overview
Develop an in-depth understanding of Pharmacy, Clinical, and Customer Experience (CX) operations to drive unit-level margins and efficiencies.
Track and report key operational metrics across Felix, ensuring data integrity for all business units.
Design and maintain labour models to scale our Pharmacy, Clinical and Customer Experience (CX) teams.
Model and report on fulfillment costs to optimize the "cost-to-serve".
Review and report on inventory trends to optimize supply chain, working capital and cash flow.
Own the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast for all operations teams.
Build financial models and ROI analysis for new initiatives.
Unearth value opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams to implement projects.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis.
Assist in the preparation of reporting packages and strategic analysis for Board Meetings.
Improve finance systems and infrastructure to drive departmental efficiencies as the team scales.
Execute other FP&A and finance activities as required to support the finance function and broader leadership.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance supporting Operations.
Advanced financial modelling and analysis skills.
Experience in business partnering with operations teams or a background in B2C, pharmacy, or logistics is a significant asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex data for non-finance stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field is an asset.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
Ability to travel within Canada as required to support our pharmacy locations.
