Data Collection and Understanding: Gathering and comprehending financial data from various sources.
Data Analysis and Synthesis: Analysing and synthesising data to develop a coherent narrative that gives meaning to data.
Data Visualisation: Creating user-friendly dashboards and visualisations (e.g. using PowerBI) that provide insights to Managers & other Decision-makers in a clear and compelling manner.
Process Improvement & Automation: Supporting the identification of opportunities to streamline financial processes, and designing and implementing automated solutions (e.g. using Power Automate) to improve efficiency.
Collaboration: Working closely with procurement and finance specialists, as well as other EMA staff involved in data and process-improvement activities.
Requirements
Possess a university degree (minimum of three years or more) that must have been obtained between 6 May 2025 and 6 May 2026 or be a university student on an Erasmus + or a similar programme or a PhD student or a Master's student with a previous fully finished degree in the areas mentioned before.
A thorough knowledge of English (at least level C1) and good knowledge of other official EU language (at least B2) of the Common European Framework for Languages.
