Develop and implement a global HR analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives
Translate complex data into actionable insights
Establish and maintain HR data governance frameworks
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance (including GDPR)
Define and monitor key HR KPIs
Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Expert Hubs, Global Business Operations, Finance, and IT
Lead initiatives to adopt emerging technologies such as machine learning and AI
Compile and analyze workforce data globally, providing insights and recommendations for personnel decisions
Requirements
Academic degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Organizational Management, or related field
Professional experience in HR Analytics, data management, or business intelligence
Strong knowledge of project management, data governance, and GDPR compliance
Over 5 years of experience in HR systems development and implementation, preferably SAP and/or Microsoft-based projects
Experience with HR KPIs, data visualization, and Predictive Analytics
Strong IT affinity and familiarity with SAP Applications (SAP-HCM, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, Business Warehouse, SuccessFactors)
