Role Overview
Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts.
Assess prospects against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Schedule confirmed discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain 100% accurate CRM records.
Share insights on objections, trends, and value propositions.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of B2B appointment setting, SDR, sales development, or outbound sales experience.
Strong preference for candidates with SaaS experience.
Native-level or near-native English proficiency (clear, confident, persuasive communication).
Proven ability to handle objections and maintain high-volume outreach cadence.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace.
