Strong background in managing supplier performance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement using methodologies such as Six Sigma or similar approaches
Proficiency with relevant tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Minitab or equivalent), combined with the ability to manage engineering changes and analyze key quality KPIs effectively
Proven experience overseeing multiple procurement and product development projects as well as a solid understanding of various manufacturing processes and associated risks throughout the product lifecycle
Ability to create clear documentation, reports, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a comparable technical field
5–8 years of experience in Quality or Supplier Quality Management within electronics; including at least 3 years of hands‑on supplier management (complaints, audits, PPAP, APQP, escalations)
Strong command of manufacturing processes and quality impacts, supported by experience managing multiple supplier-related development projects and using tools such as SAP or Minitab.
Fluent verbal and written English skills; German or Finnish proficiency considered an advantage.
