Project Manager, Client-facing RNA/Drug Substance Mfg.

Role Overview

• Drive projects to completion by coordinating cross-functional activities
• Act as a critical point of contact for clients
• Lead project team meetings and ensure follow-up of actions items
• Use critical thinking to proactively identify project barriers and generate solutions
• Maintain project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, proposals
• Effectively communicate and interact with internal and external teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. required, life sciences degree highly preferred
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in project management
• Experience managing client-facing projects required
• Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO strongly preferred
• Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release capabilities preferred
