About this role

Manage and coordinate the execution of site projects throughout all phases (design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and closeout)
Lead project execution by effectively managing safety, quality, cost and schedule
Provide insight in project controls for the portfolio in-hand
Identify and engage with all stakeholders for optimum project execution
Provide guidance to Project Management Team for project execution best practices and lessons learned
Participate, lead and motivate the project team for a positive outcome of the project to ensure flawless start-up

Bachelor, master or demonstrable equal degree (Process Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical is preferred)
Project leadership/management experience, preferably certified under PMI – Project Management Professional
Language – fluent Dutch and English
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in industrial engineering in a highly demanding detail driven fast track environment
Problem solving attitude, self-motivator
Good interpersonal and team building skills
Able to cope with multiple parallel smaller detail driven projects
Has the ability to influence others without direct power
Excellent Conceptual, Communication and Analytical Skills
