About this role
Role Overview
Responsibility for expanding and operationally implementing our sales activities in Germany
Key contributor to market expansion, new customer acquisition and revenue growth
Central point of contact between customers, management and internal departments
Active sales of the COLMENA Value Suite (software solution) and COLMENA Counseling (specialist consulting) to enterprise customers
Independent acquisition of new customers as well as servicing and expanding existing accounts
Management of the entire sales process – from lead generation to contract closing
Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company objectives
Responsibility for the revenue targets of your customer segment
Representation of the company at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
At least 5–8 years of experience in B2B solution sales
Proven track record of sustainable revenue growth in B2B sales
Solid knowledge of sales pipeline management and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Proficient in MS Office
Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to present the COLMENA product convincingly
Analytical mindset and KPI-driven working style
High self-motivation, strong self-organization and resilience
Willingness to travel within Germany
Business-fluent German (C1 level)
Excellent written and spoken English
