Role Overview
Manage complex and sensitive customer cases end-to-end using established processes
Deliver empathetic, tailored service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams, external dealers, and stakeholders to resolve issues
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation across all case interactions
Promote VGA products and keep up-to-date with new offerings and updates
Identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to a high-performing team culture
Ensure adherence to legal, quality, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Requirements
Strong case management and communication skills
Empathy, resilience, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Problem-solving mindset with a high level of initiative

Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
