Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Durham Region market (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa)
- Member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board
- Proven ability to generate and close business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
