Install, configure, and support all desktop/laptop computers and peripherals for all locations worldwide; coordinate with IT vendor suppliers to obtain repair parts, consumables, and technical support
Develop and deploy desktop operating system images
Perform basic Active Directory administration by creating users, groups, and other objects as necessary; perform basic Email administration on Exchange on premises and Exchange Online and other Office 365 admin as required
Participate in large scale IT and business projects that involve desktop/laptop computers and associated peripherals
Use desktop protection tools like anti-virus to prevent, detect, and remove malicious software infections
Provide a high level of customer service to IT system consumers
Partake in off-hour/weekend support rotation via pager or cellular phone
Complete other assignments and special projects as requested
Requirements
Associate’s Degree in computer science or related field
1+ year experience supporting Windows based computers in a medium size (200-300 computers) environment
Knowledge: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 application suite, Microsoft SharePoint, network printers, audio/visual systems and concepts
Desired Knowledge: CompTIA A+ certification, Apple IOS
