Senior Plumbing Project Manager

Role Overview

• The Senior Plumbing Project Manager coordinates projects from request/PO, field installation, and close out of job.
• Ensure that the work is performed in a timely, profitable, and safe manner while meeting or exceeding the department’s quality and customer service standards and demonstrating the company’s core values.
• Lead and manage assigned Plumbing Project Managers.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Schedule final inspections and gather and organize customer documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of (10) years of experience in a field relative to the position (construction or service) and 4 or more years of experience as a Plumbing Project Manager
• Possession of valid driver’s license with a good record of driving
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Knowledge of applicable industry specific Code, OSHA guidelines and safety requirements, and safe work practices.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong plumbing aptitude.
• Kentucky Plumbing Journeyman License
