Further develop and seamlessly connect our system landscape (JTL-Wawi, Shopify Plus, MS365).
Analyze, simplify and automate processes — together with the teams.
Prepare KPIs, expand control instruments and help shape the operations strategy.

Experience in IT, e-commerce or D2C environments — you understand how online retail works.
Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, ERP systems and system integration.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Power Automate) and AI applications (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
Analytical, pragmatic and independent — you think in solutions and implement them.
Fluent in German and English.
