Execute and document parameterizations as well as changes and optimizations of robotic equipment in automated production systems and, if necessary, create robot programs
Analyze and correct complex problems and malfunctions in highly automated production equipment / systems with focus on robotics
Determine weaknesses and potential for improvement of robotic systems in production lines and initiate appropriate measures
Implement and document checks and test runs to ensure the correct operation of automated production systems and initiate appropriate measures
Participate in the implementation of new technologies and processes for production equipment in the production plants
Regional and partly worldwide support and training for robotics in Dräxlmaier production plants with corresponding travel activities.
Requirements
Professional/graduate education or comparable training with further qualification
Several years of professional experience in maintenance / servicing production equipment / systems
Well-founded technical understanding in the areas of robot programming and automated systems
Several years of experience in programming of Kuka, ABB and/or Fanuc robots
Experience in programming and optimizing complex production cells with multiple robots
Good knowledge of English is a must
Good communication skills.
