About this role
Role Overview
Support Hosted Voice customers with MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletions) requests
Troubleshoot complex issues related to software, handsets, and call quality
Maintain service best practices and assist with internal infrastructure
Use tools like Wireshark to troubleshoot SIP traffic and connectivity issues
Learn fundamentals of IP networking and routing
Respond to hardware/software failures and assist with resolving system issues
Participate in virtual deployments and data entry for new implementations
Collaborate with senior technicians and project managers on new installs and upgrades
Requirements
Associate degree preferred
02 years of experience with VoIP or Unified Communications platforms
Strong customer service and communication skills
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Help Desk experience a plus.
