You manage, maintain and nurture long-standing partner relationships by phone within your sales territory in Germany (e.g., EDEKA, REWE, GLOBUS, METRO, and many more)
Together with your team you are responsible for generating new customers and partners via telesales (inside sales)
You independently own the sales process over the phone from start to finish
You develop and implement sustainable, high-potential sales strategies together with your team
You keep close contact with your customers and support them with questions and objections
You maintain your customer data and structure your sales pipeline using Pipedrive, Slack and Google Workspace
You regularly create reports to make your performance measurable
Requirements
You have anywhere from limited to extensive sales experience
You speak fluent German (native-level)
You love making phone calls, are highly closing-oriented and have strong negotiation skills
You are a communication talent, quickly build rapport with new people and can persuade them easily and confidently
You have excellent empathy and can quickly recognize the individual needs of your customers
You work independently and with a clear focus on goals
You are a true team player — responsible, cooperative and above all committed
