Translate the Founder’s vision into enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Lead the planning and implementation of key company priorities, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.
Partner directly with senior leaders across departments (Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Commercial) to drive cross-functional alignment, resolve roadblocks, and influence organisational direction.
Own and oversee a portfolio of high-stakes initiatives from concept to delivery.
Provide executive-level reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and post-mortem analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
Identify and address structural inefficiencies and systemic issues.
Craft and manage compelling, data-backed materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic leadership reviews.
Act as a thought partner and operational enabler to the Founder.

7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or senior roles within high-growth start-ups or scale-ups.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence C-level stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of scaling operations, strategy formulation, and change management.
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive consensus.
A proactive, outcome-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and navigates change with resilience.
