Conduct discovery calls, solution pitches, price negotiations and closings
Work closely with Presales, Product, Legal & Partners
Develop tailored solution scenarios based on the EMIL Insurance Suite
Advise on business value, feasibility, ROI and IT integration
Support the preparation of statements of work, pricing and contract models
Build and maintain your sales pipeline in the CRM system
Own target achievement, forecasting and closing planning
Use structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
Identify and manage all decision-making stakeholders (IT, business units, procurement, executive management)
Build trust and long-term relationships with key contacts
Analyze market and customer needs, support go-to-market strategy
Provide customer feedback to product development & marketing
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales within the insurance or IT sector
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals (6
to 7-figure deal sizes)
Strong understanding of sales processes, contract negotiation and IT system landscapes
Highly self-motivated, structured working style, proven closing ability
Strong communication and presentation skills at C-level
Native-level German, good English spoken and written, French is a plus
