Role Overview
- Develop the operational setup for the wind farm
- Recruit, lead and develop the asset integrity team
- Responsible for the technical handover from construction to operational phases
- Optimize maintenance strategies to improve performance and reduce costs
- Conduct technical investigations and reliability analyses
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in asset integrity, engineering, or operations in the offshore wind or energy sector
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering or asset integrity teams
- Strong knowledge of offshore wind technologies
- Experience developing maintenance strategies and reliability engineering
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
