About this role
Role Overview
- Service-oriented telephone and written support for the sales team in customer care
- Handle day-to-day customer matters (e.g., complaints, insolvencies, setting up user accounts & interfaces) via a central ticketing system
- Distribute incoming leads according to defined criteria
- Coordinate and process inquiries within our global corporate network
- Prepare usage statistics & reports
- Administrative tasks such as data enrichment and internet research
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales or motivated career changers are welcome
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Confident MS Office skills and enthusiasm for digital tools
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Friendly, resilient personality with a strong team spirit
- Enjoyment in working with people and customers
