About this role
Role Overview
Execute high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy and within defined SLAs
Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and operational reports
Support workflow coordination and case/task follow-through across teams
Ensure documentation completeness, quality, and compliance with process standards
Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational optimization efforts
Provide cross-functional support during peak periods or changing business needs
Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements
Requirements
2+ years experience in administrative, operations, or back-office support within a BPO or shared services environment
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Advanced attention to detail and time management skills
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Experience working with CRMs, EMRs, ticketing systems, or workflow tools is a plus
Healthcare or rehabilitation industry exposure is an advantage but not required
