About this role
Role Overview
- Execute requests received from clients and insurers within the credit insurance program (domestic and international);
- Verify compliance with the approval steps for credit limits, policy issuance and claims, maintaining records of activities, files and documents in accordance with the procedures established in the activity plan agreed with the policyholder;
- Produce control reports for the department's processes to ensure proper monitoring of operations, keeping managers, clients and insurers duly informed;
- Perform operational tasks in insurers' systems to manage policy activities for the policyholder;
- Interact with other company areas such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, Finance, Legal/Audit to ensure correct posting and receipt of revenues and compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in International Trade, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration or Engineering;
- Experience in credit insurance activities and/or administrative roles;
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
