Ensure the availability of raw materials and components in close collaboration with the Plant and Supply Chain.
Analyze requirements, anticipate supply risks and propose appropriate solutions.
Serve as the primary interface with suppliers and main point of contact (negotiations, follow-ups, discrepancy management, etc.).
Coordinate cross-functional communication (production, logistics and finance).
Manage and track purchase orders in SAP (MM module).
Lead procurement digitalization efforts by ensuring consistency and implementing upcoming digital initiatives to optimize the department’s efficiency and impact.
Identify process improvement opportunities and actively contribute to their implementation.
Develop and support sustainability objectives in line with the Group’s commitments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business School, Commerce, Accounting or similar) with experience in a Procurement/Purchasing function.
Proficiency in SAP MM is essential.
Very good command of French and English (minimum B1).
Basic knowledge of Dutch and German is desirable.
Comfortable with IT tools and data analysis.
