Industrial construction planning: Whether Greenfield or Brownfield – you develop production and logistics halls as well as modern office spaces with a focus on functionality, efficiency, and long-term viability.
End-to-end responsibility: You manage projects comprehensively across all service phases (LPH 1–5), including coordination, design planning, coordination with authorities and factory planners, and client representation.
Compliance with cost and quality standards: You assess construction costs according to DIN 276 and are familiar with the building regulations of the German federal states. You ensure that generally accepted technical rules (such as ASR guidelines or fire protection regulations) are followed.
Shaping the general planning process: You act as the client's central contact person, organize expert reports, obtain approvals, and think across disciplines. You will work closely with our experienced architect and share your knowledge across the organization.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or a related field
Solid professional experience in planning office and industrial buildings or commercial parks
Familiarity with planning according to service phases LPH 1–5 and a good understanding of construction costs and economic feasibility
Proficient in Revit and ideally experienced with model-based planning according to BIM standards
Confident presentation skills for proposals and the ability to convey technical content clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders
