About this role
Role Overview
Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve financial targets.
Find sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
Build relationships and understand customer trends.
Close the sales process with a signed contract.
Hit quarterly and annual targets to increase revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
10+ years of complex ecommerce, ERP, MRP, PLM, CRM, or consulting-type enterprise selling at the C-Suite.
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
Ability to represent Pattern in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clients.
Strong work ethic and self-discipline.
