Provide weekly reporting on warehouse defects and provide recommendations to improve quality initiatives.
Design and manage a streamlined process for generating, tracking, and delivering quality feedback.
Develop and report on KPIs that provide insight into inventory reconciliation and inventory count defects.
Analytics support for quality and fulfillment initiatives, including designing automated workflows, identifying data pipelines and creating research tools for the operations organization.
Assist with SKU level data analytics and provide recommendations to the team on catalog expansion.
Partnering with other internal departments to drive increased SKU count, volume, and sales generated by fulfillment activities in a scalable way.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or Information Systems, Computer Science
Experience with SQL, Python, and AI tools
Willingness to take initiative and provide recommendations to leadership
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and relevant KPIs.
Familiarity with warehouse management software and databases.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to support and motivate staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
