You develop and execute creative concepts for sophisticated brand communications — from digital platforms and customer loyalty programs to corporate publishing projects and cross-channel content and experience formats.
You combine strategic thinking with design execution, taking ideas from initial concept through to final delivery at a high level of quality.
A focus of your work is the conception and design of digital communication solutions, in particular websites, platforms and apps, with a clear emphasis on UX/UI and consistent brand presentation across channels.
You collaborate closely with consulting, content, event and digital teams, support projects in all phases, and act as a creative sparring partner for clients and internal stakeholders.
You are also responsible for evolving design standards and creative processes, actively contributing to pitch situations and supporting the expansion and professional leadership of the creative team.
Working with external partners and freelancers is part of your remit, as is monitoring new design, technology and AI trends and integrating them into modern communication solutions.
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design or a related field
Several years of experience as a Senior Art Director or in a comparable role within an agency or brand environment
Strong UX/UI skills and experience designing digital products and platforms
Solid experience in applying and developing Corporate Identity / Communication Systems
Confident use of Content Management Systems (CMS)
Strong concept and presentation skills — especially in pitch situations
Experience in leading and developing creative teams
Excellent sense for design, aesthetics and brand communication in the premium or lifestyle segment
Interest in new technologies and experience using AI tools in the creative process
