Design and produce creative assets for social media, paid ads, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
Develop engaging video content, motion graphics, and short-form edits
Write clear, persuasive copy for ads, posts, and promotional materials
Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
Ensure every creative output reflects Dijital’s tone, style, and positioning
Develop creative concepts based on marketing objectives and audience insights
Generate multiple variations of creative for testing and optimization
Produce campaign-ready creative assets directly for the Marketing Team
Support marketing initiatives with fast, high-quality design and video output
Create and edit videos for ads, social content, and brand storytelling
Develop animations or motion graphics to elevate creative performance
Adapt assets across formats and placements (Display, Web, Print)
Review creative performance data (CTR, engagement, conversions)
Iterate on content based on insights and campaign learnings
Requirements
3–5+ years of professional experience in a creative role such as Creative Specialist, Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or Multimedia Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating design, video, animation, and marketing-focused creative work
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Experience with After Effects or animation tools is a strong plus
Expertise in Canva for rapid content creation and templates
Comfortable producing both static and video-based creative
Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows, such as:
Rapid creative ideation and concept exploration
Generating visual inspiration and design variations Enhancing video production and editing workflows
Refining and optimizing copy for ads and campaigns
Creating scalable content systems for high-volume marketing output
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Soho, Gemini, or other creative automation platforms is a major plus.
Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia content, animation, or copywriting
Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and execute efficiently
Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Background in marketing, communications, design, or a related field preferred
