Reporting to the Sales Director, you are the primary point of contact and the interface between the production sites (factories) and CLAAS France for our loaders and balers.
Monitor pre-series and testing of new models, define product ranges and specifications, and manage product data in SAP.
Analyze markets and their developments and proactively make recommendations to management.
Analyze product/pricing positioning, set pricing, and maintain the online product configurator.
Develop Marketing Plans in collaboration with Sales, Service, and Communications.
Contribute to the creation of communication materials and brochures.
Take part in the Target Alignment Meeting (annual validation of price positioning) and in preparing the Product Line budget.
Participate in delivering commercial trainings at the Academy.
Attend national, international and regional trade shows for the product line.
Requirements
Engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level, Bac+4/5).
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; confident working with databases, formulas and pivot tables.
Knowledge of SAP is a clear advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling smooth collaboration with CLAAS contacts, dealers, their staff and farmer customers.
Strong written communication skills and comfortable presenting commercially oriented documents.
Fluency in English is essential for this role.
