Role Overview
- Strategic development of clients and digital business models
- Planning, conceptualization and implementation of holistic online marketing strategies
- Leading and moderating strategic workshops (Marketing, Content, AI)
- Development of SEO and SEA strategies, including implementation and optimization
- Management and evolution of social media strategies
- Design of content strategies aligned with clearly defined goals and KPIs
- Use of AI tools and AI-driven strategies to improve efficiency and quality
- Continuous monitoring, analysis and performance optimization
- Close collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with a high degree of ownership
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in online marketing
- Experience in strategic development and client consulting
- At least 5 verifiable successful reference projects
- Strong consulting skills and experience conducting strategic workshops
- Advanced skills in SEO, SEA, Social Media and digital marketing ecosystems
- High affinity for technology and AI, with active use of AI in daily work
- Strong data-driven mindset and confident handling of KPIs and analytics tools
- Highly self-directed, structured working style within interdisciplinary teams
