Role Overview
- Design and execute a comprehensive training roadmap that supports Centura's mission, growth objectives, and UHNW/HNW service model
- Build scalable, repeatable learning structures that strengthen advisor excellence and operational consistency
- Conduct training needs analysis across departments
- Deliver high-impact virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and learning series
- Provide 1:1 and group coaching to advisors and operations staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Education, Psychology or related field required
- 5+ years in wealth management working specifically with the UHNW / HNW
- Advanced planning credentials strongly preferred (CFP, CFA, CAIA, JD, LLM or similar)
- Instructional design training or adult learning methodology experience
- Deep understanding of alternative investments in private equity, private credit, and private real estate
- Demonstrated understanding of tax planning, estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and investment structures for UHNW clients
- Experience building or delivering training in an RIA or sophisticated advisory organization preferred
