About this role
Role Overview
- Maintain and manage our company network (VLANs, WLAN)
- Configure and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls
- Ensure backup internet access
- Administer Windows servers
- Monitor backup systems
- Manage virtualization environments
- Manage the phone system (Asterisk/FreePBX or similar)
- Configure VoIP systems
- Set up and support workplace PCs
- Implement and maintain monitoring systems
- Provide IT support for colleagues
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
Requirements
- IT education or equivalent experience
- Enthusiasm for network technology and system administration
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN)
- Windows Server
- Firewall configuration
- Backup solutions
- Experience with VoIP/telephony is a plus
- Independent, self-driven working style
- Good German language skills
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, or similar)
- PowerShell skills
