Ensure all mandatory and enhanced NHS services contract compliance matters are handled successfully in all UK nations
Responsible for maintenance of NHS EeRS portals and documentation relating to these across Optical departments
Participate in multiple stakeholder reviews of activity, including Commercial Team, Systems & Services Manager and other Professional Services colleagues
Delivery of data required for subject access requests (SARs) from customers and third parties
Contribute in delivery of compliance business plan as part of business-as-usual activity and also one-off projects
Preparation and delivery of reporting and analytics for quarterly healthcare compliance meetings
Regular review of all training modules for colleagues, managers, and registrants in the business, writing new material as required
Attend all Quarterly Optical Manager meetings, regular store visits, and annual Optical Conferences
Horizon scanning to identify areas for further efficiencies for both central and store teams
Requirements
GOC registered Optometrist
Experience outside of the testing rooms
Highly computer literate with good Microsoft application skills (word, outlook, excel, power point)
Strong organisational skills
High degree of numeracy
