Help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service as a part of the Managed Services team
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application
Own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members to deliver a resolution
Assist customers with the Financial and Project modules; other modules and basic Dynamics 365 ERP functionality expected
Involved in improving operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement
May be involved in larger performance improvement initiatives, implementing new modules, version updates and testing efforts, developing the functional design for customizations and integrations, and upgrade projects
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Financials experience
Minimum of 2 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations experience
Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment)
Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience
Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP Financials, or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment.
Proficient in US GAAP
Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices
Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
Strong customer relationship skills
Ability to establish priorities and work independently
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
