Perform quality checks and implement corrective actions as required
Monitor open orders to ensure on-time deliveries
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
At least one year of professional experience in customer service/inside sales, alternatively in logistics, supply chain, or field sales
Excellent spoken and written English and German are required
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable but not required
Good to very good Excel skills
Self-organization, ability to work independently and set priorities; willingness and ability to quickly learn new areas of work, and a positive basic attitude
