About this role
Role Overview
Take on customer service tasks for an assigned customer base and work as part of a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Receive and process all types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders
Responsible for handling inquiries and orders from start to finish
Act as an interface with key external customers, dealers, prospective customers, and other internal functions within the company
Proactively liaise with customers to inform them of delayed orders due to product availability or transport issues
Responsible for managing the consignment stock: replenishing consignment goods, inventory management, invoicing, counting, reconciliation
Handle customer complaints and returns in accordance with the complaints management process and return conditions (credit notes, etc.)
Perform quality checks and carry out appropriate corrective actions
Monitor open orders to ensure deliveries reach customers on time as agreed
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Preferably initial professional experience in customer service/inside sales; alternatively in logistics, supply chain, or field sales
Excellent written and spoken Italian, English and German are required
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable but not mandatory
Good to very good Excel skills
Self-organization, ability to work independently and prioritize; willingness and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new areas of work, and a positive attitude
