Role Overview
- Gain a deep technical understanding of our products and drive delivery through structured methodology
- Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritise tasks
- Track progress against milestones and manage risks
- Coordinate bringing together different teams in a collaborative manner
- Provide timely communication to supporting operational teams and the customer
- Manage and control programme budgets and prepare for steering committee meetings
Requirements
- Degree level education desired; ideally skilled in Project / Programme Management approaches
- Demonstrable experience of running successful programmes
- Ability to provide leadership and focus for the delivery teams
- Experience of having shaped business cases and delivering tangible benefits
- Communicates a compelling rationale to peers and customers
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana)
- Lives within a commutable distance to the office
- Able to travel to the continent (20% travel)
