IT Project Manager - Law & Privacy

SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing and consulting services across various industries. They are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support the delivery of projects focused on law and privacy solutions, requiring strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal and privacy requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets and oversee project execution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with legal and privacy standards
• Facilitate project workshops, meetings, and training sessions when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably focused on law and privacy initiatives
• Proven success managing complex projects from initiation through completion
• Strong understanding of legal and privacy regulations, standards, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery
• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps for tracking work, managing releases, and reporting
• Proven experience working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
