Role Overview
- Establish profitable growth in assigned territory
- Develop market penetration for WEG Commercial products
- Build customer base via new business development
- Identify project opportunities and communicate with organization
- Supply technical support and project management to other WEG sales channels
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent technical work experience in the motor or power transmission products industry
- 5+ years of applicable industrial Sales/Engineering experience in power transmission products
- Experience calling on technical OEMs and proposing appropriate product solutions
- Ability and willingness to travel 50%-70%
- Must be self-motivated and goal orientated
- Experience with CRM (i.e., Salesforce.com) systems preferred
