About this role
Role Overview
Perform as the primary interface of WEG and guide customers and outside teams
Receives and processes customer requests and proactively involves company resources
Responsible for growing knowledge of WEG catalog products to support customer applications
Evaluate and process inquiries to provide pricing, stock availability, necessary modification and/or engineering requirements
Receives and processes orders, verifying all information to support order accuracy
Proactively follow up on opportunities to ensure customer expectations are met
Oversees all company identified accounts to support company goals
Coordinate and provide support to an assigned list of outside sales team members
Lead the onboarding process for new customers and develop those accounts until transition to a team account
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School diploma
1+ years of experience supporting customers or outside sales personnel
Functional Microsoft Office skills
Moderate understanding of industry trends, market forces, and customer expectations
Basic product knowledge and applications
Proficiency with the product catalog
Phone etiquette for customer interaction.
