Role Overview
- Main Customer Service for Japanese OEMs
- Obtaining Sales forecast from OEMs or Canner and deploying to related departments
- Check inventory at external warehouses and plan orders to overseas plants
- Product shipping and sales data management
- Internal and external coordination for delivery
- Manage AR and AP Contact window for customer supplied materials
- Outside warehouse management including inventory amount
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate office is preferred
- Operational skills for Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word、Teams)
- Working experience and/or Knowledge of logistics and planning
- English: Ordinary conversation
