About this role
Role Overview
- Market screening for new sources of OPEX purchases
- Preparing request for information / proposal / quotation documents (including functional specifications)
- Independency in Handling negotiations in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services
- Processing purchase orders and contracts
- Cooperation with internal stakeholders in the project stages of planning and execution
- Building and maintaining a good relationship with new and existing suppliers
- Administration of purchases in SAP / SRM systems
- Following the purchase process from requisition to pay
- Reporting, Regular follow-ups
- Participating in Quality Management
- internally (co-building the desired processes) and externally (co-operating in supplier quality system's development)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- At least 5yrs in indirect materials procurement
- Forecasting and demand planning
- English
- professional level, able to negotiate easily and construct / review contracts
- Negotiation skill
- Microsoft Office
