Operational Purchasing: You process orders with our more than 250 partners (winemakers, wineries, importers) worldwide and monitor delivery dates and stock levels.
Master Data Management: You maintain and optimize our product and supplier data in our ERP system (Odoo).
Costing & Pricing: You create complex cost calculations, monitor margins and support price setting for international multichannel sales.
Import & Logistics: You coordinate the flow of goods, handle import procedures and ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
Interface Work: You collaborate closely with our tech team to continuously improve purchasing processes through smart automations.

You have completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant (or hold an equivalent commercial qualification).
Modern Office Skills: You are highly confident using digital tools (Google Workspace/Sheets, ERP systems, cloud solutions).
Structured Way of Working: You enjoy deep work and can focus on complex data maintenance and calculations.
Passion for Fine Products: Wine, spirits and good food are both a passion and a field of expertise for you.
Strong Communication: You are a native-level German speaker and communicate confidently in English with our international partners.
