Define strategy for Global & Regional Key Accounts within the Inclusions portfolio.
Drive profitable sales growth across assigned product lines and key accounts in designated regions/categories.
Develop new business opportunities by identifying customer needs and matching them with product solutions.
Manage and strengthen customer relationships, engaging key stakeholders across customer organizations.
Lead quotes and pricing negotiations, ensuring GP targets are met.
Act as primary communication link with customers and keep internal teams (Customer Service, QA, Operations) updated for timely order delivery.
Manage complex customer projects (cost, regulatory, technical, compliance) and lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Support customer-facing activities by coordinating with Marketing, Sensory & Consumer Insight, and Creation & Application teams to provide presentations, organize visits, workshops, and innovation days.
Oversee the project pipeline and maintain accurate, timely data within the project management system.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Management majoring in Sales or Marketing or any other relevant discipline
6-10 years experience in Sales of food ingredients/Flavours to food and Beverage customers
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are desirable
Good oral and written communication skills; Proficient in English
Proficient in Microsoft office e.g.: Office, Access, Excel or PowerPoint.
