Role Overview
- Ensure the accuracy of financial postings to the general ledger
- Timely preparation of financial reports
- Work closely with the Controller and CFO
- Assist with daily accounting functions
- Contribute to projects that enhance departmental efficiency
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Record customer payments and maintain records of invoices, debits, and credits
- Develop and improve accounting and financial processes
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Strong 10-key skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting preferred but not required
- Familiarity with accounting principles and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
