Conduct research on HK, PRC and international tax issues, tax laws and transfer pricing regulations
Conduct research and analysis for various industries, companies and business activities
Support managers in a wide range of projects and gain exposure from different industries and sectors
Assist in tax and transfer pricing consulting for M&A, IPO and ad hoc projects
Perform economic / benchmarking analyses and data gathering
Prepare relevant tax advisory and transfer pricing reports
Handle tax compliance assignments

Fresh graduates in Legal / Finance/ Accounting or related discipline
Member of recognized professional legal / accounting qualifications will be an advantage
A team player who can handle assignments independently and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical, management and organization skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
