About this role
Role Overview
- Provide direct support to Cabin Servers/ Crewmembers, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Owner Services, Sales, and Finance
- Enhance Owner Experience by coordinating and overseeing catering orders
- Act as a real-time support resource to Cabin Servers and flight crew during operations
- Provide bespoke service support by sourcing specific Owner requests
- Monitor and manage all in-flight service to enhance Owner experience
- Assist with procurement, inventory, and distribution logistics for uniforms
- Oversee aircraft stock management and coordinate with operations teams and vendors
- Maintain accurate expense reports and product-related financial tracking
- Support service procedure updates and communicate changes
Requirements
- Aviation industry knowledge with direct Cabin Server experience and/or Corporate catering/ food & beverage experience
- Luxury product and service familiarity and/or experience recommended
- Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom
- Adapt to and endure immeasurable changes regarding aircraft schedules, deliveries, status alterations and locations
- Able to travel and occasionally required to work in a physically-active environment
- Work in an office environment simultaneous to completing physical tasks
- Complete knowledge and navigation abilities of Microsoft Office 2010 (or most current) products and software
- Technology savvy to current and modern means of computer and telephone equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication flexibility within a diverse group of individuals and operating levels of Flexjet and constituents
- Positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change is a must
